Chateau Connections Day Program

We believe nothing is more sacred than the bond of family.  We consider it an honor to extend the bonds of our family to include all those who need our special care.

We offer a wide variety of services that range from basic assistance to specialized dementia care or Memory Care services. It is our goal to give residents the opportunity to enjoy an atmosphere of love and understanding, with a sense of independence and freedom.
